We are growing our small, welcoming bakery café team with both part-time and full-time opportunities. You will learn different parts of the café, from preparing food and keeping our space inviting to helping guests and running Square POS. Our regular daytime schedule means no late nights: we are open 7 a.m.–3 p.m. Team members work at least one weekend day each week. Base pay starts at $15.50 per hour, plus pooled tips that typically add $3–$5 per hour.

What you’ll do

  • Prepare food with care and keep kitchen work areas clean and ready
  • Welcome guests, answer questions, and create warm, memorable service
  • Operate Square POS accurately and confidently
  • Bus tables and keep the dining room comfortable and tidy
  • Support daily café operations and help maintain inventory
