Returns & Pickup Policy
Online orders can be picked up at the bakery location selected at checkout. Local delivery may also be available for eligible orders. We do not ship orders. Because our food is perishable, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
How Pickup Works
Choose Mesa or Scottsdale at checkout, then select an available pickup date and time before payment. We’ll have your order ready at the time you choose. Pickup has no fee. Local delivery may be available and is shown separately at checkout.
No Returns or Exchanges
Because our pastries, breads, and other food are perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order is incorrect, damaged, or there is a concern, contact us using the details below and we’ll review it.
